darkly cellar quest

this was prtty cool but allin should have loot as its a tough fight at the end
also if u tlk to darkly after u fin the quest he keeps offering the reward.

I think there's a good amount of loot in that area. But I'll add a token drop.

Darkly's reward bit should be fixed now.
